+ Concerning Weight Control +

I don’t desire to eat so much that I become
overweight. I present my body to God. My body is
the temple of the Holy Ghost, which dwelleth in
me. I am not my own. I am bought with a price.
Therefore, in the Name of Jesus, I refuse to overeat.
Body settle down, in the name of Jesus, and
conform to the Word of God. I mortify, put to death
the desires of my body, and command it to come
into line with the Word of God. Now! I bind the spirit
of desire, indulgence or gluttony in the name of
Jesus. I loose the Spirit of self-discipline, will power,
or temperance in the name of Jesus. (Prov 13:25 The
righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but
the belly of the wicked shall want).
